Cool: SMART boards interactive whiteboard

I recently attended some training and being a lover of all things geeky (and cool) was impressed by the digital whiteboard being used. The board used was the SMART technology whiteboard which allows you to use the whiteboard as a touch screen monitor for a pc so you can open windows, browse to pages, open applications simply by tapping on the board and of course you can still write on the board, highlight items and scribble notes which I believe you can save. You can see it in action here. Very cool if you offer training or want to thrash out user interface design although I'm sure its a lot more expensive than a napkin!

we have 3 or 4 rooms with these installed. While they are cool, they *very*
rarely get used to their full potential. I was giving a presentation one
day when the wireless mouse/keyboard setup died, so I was up there tapping
around a new app. It worked pretty well under the circumstances.
